Shipping policy

Goods will be shipped only once full payment has been received.

We will confirm delivery status once payment is received.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days. If delivery is likely to exceed 5 working days we will notify you by email.

Delivery costs are limited to Mainland UK only (England, Wales and Scotland) and exclude the Scottish Highlands.

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of Mainland UK or the Scottish Highlands additional charges will apply.

In this scenario we will confirm these charges with you before dispatch.

No orders will be delivered unless shipping charges, including any additional charges are paid in full.

It is the purchasers responsibility to arrange off loading.

Large or heavy orders may require mechanical off loading ie through the use of a forklift truck. Purchasers must make there own arrangements in this regard.

Access to delivery locations. The purchaser must ensure that our delivery lorries can get to their destination (desired delivery address).

Failure to provide access will result in addition shipping charges.
